Hey, just wondering if I need to put a specific address multiple times in the address history section? E.g., if I lived at address A for one year, the address B the following year, and then address A for one more year, do I put A in twice? I'm assuming yes but just wanted to make sure.

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here. I just want to ask regarding the application of US tourist visa. I have read from the previous topics that while on the process of applying for a K1 Visa, the fiance can still visit the US provided that he/she presents the documents needed (if asked) to the immigration officer. I haven't been to the US but I am planning on visiting my fiance so I am applying for a US Tourist Visa. As I was filling out the DS160 form, there is a section there about the Family Declaration and there's one for Fiance and for Partner. Which section should I fill out? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hello kind people. I was wondering if anyone obtained their Greencard through AOS/ Marriage and did not have to do a Biometrics appointment? My attorney mentioned yesterday that he has seen some cases where the applicants were not called for Biometrics and instead USCIS used their existing biometrics data that had been submitted previously. In my case, we filed in October and as of yet have not received an appointment. Yesterday I received a letter noting my i-693 deficiency (plan to bring it to interview), but still haven't got a Biometric appointment. I am on my third working visa so they already have all my details in the system.. the last time I entered via Dublin the agent used facial recognition to pull up my profile so they know who I am! I know there can be no rhyme or reason to USCIS but was wondering if anyone here got to skip biometrics. I am in Boston if that helps. Thank you :)

I have received my Citizenship interview date ( March 10), When I log in to my account on the USCIS website I get a "we were unable to retrieve you form". Does anyone know if this is typical after receiving the interview date? This status has been like that for a few days now.
