US Immigration from Ireland

I am wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and could provide some guidance. My partner and I are currently preparing for the interview at the embassy for K1 visa. I was previously denied ESTA due to overstay. I applied for a b1/b2 visa which was successful. Will i be asked about these during k1 interview?

Hi I have some confusion here. I have an NOA2 I-797 and it has an A number on it. Is this my alien number?

I had my interview at Dublin Embassy on September 2nd, 2021. The CO said visa was approved, kept my passport and advised I would have received it after one week (I chose home delivery), however I did not received it yet and I am a bit anxious.

My CEAC status shows:

NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

Administrative Processing

Case Created: 02-Sep-2021

Case Last Updated: 09-Sep-2021

Do you think everything is in order and I just have to wait?

Our interview is approaching fast. Could someone give advice to whether the affidavit of support is required for Dublin? I have read conflicting information and now I am worried it's too late for us to obtain all the documents necessary.

I currently live in Ireland with my spouse, I ve been here since January 2020 right after we got married. Our I 130 just got approved and we have just paid the two fees for NVC. For the I 864 I have to prove my intent to establish domicile, my parents will be writing up a lease agreement for us as we will be staying there when we get back. My question is on the lease should both me and my wife s names be listed as tenants and both sign or should it only be in my name since she isn t a green card holder yet? Has anyone done anything similar and what did you do and was it approved? Thanks for the help
