US Immigration from Ireland

Hi all. I am married to a US citizen and do NOT have a SSN (I applied before marriage and followed all the advice given here but when I called up after waiting weeks they said the form was never sent on their end or something). I am applying for an ITIN but it says I have to attach the application to a tax return - is that my husbands tax return for last year or the one for this upcoming year? Also it seems to request that I send my passport or a "certified copy". I am very reluctant to send my passport as I have no idea how long they will keep and I may need it for upcoming USCIS appointments. Has anyone done this recently and know if I can just send a notarised copy of the passport?

I am a UK citizen and am applying for an IR1 visa. A few days ago the London embassy instructed me via email to schedule my interview using the ais.usvisa-info website. Unfortunately I am experiencing some difficulties on this website. I can log in using my registered email and password but when I try to select the "service that fits my needs and fill in my details, including my case number, it keeps telling me that an applicant already exists for this case number and it won t let me proceed.

I should mention that my case was originally being processed by the Dublin embassy and I had an interview set up with them (via the ais.usvisa-info website) however due to circumstances beyond my control I had to reschedule this appointment and upon doing so Dublin decided my case was no eligible to be processed by them and transferred it to London. Under the direction of the website's tech support I re-registered with a new email address but this has done nothing to fix the problem.

Has anyone else been in this same situation and how was it resolved?

Hello, anyone else had their medical done after the interview and still waiting for embassy to contact them? If yes please share your timeline

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. May 2021 I started online gaming with a group of people. One guy and I had a great vibe going and on December 7th he came to visit to see if we had the same vibe in person. He came from Ireland and has until March 6th until his 90 day visit is up. We want to continue our journey together and are not sure if the K1 is the way to go once he leaves or if we should get married before he leaves and then work through the K3. I also plan to visit Ireland once my passport arrives. We dont want to be apart, but we also want to do this the correct and legal way. Is it better to get married in the US or should we do it in Ireland? Any help or advice to get us going in the right direction would be helpful.

Hello and apologies if these questions have been asked. I tried to search for answers but was coming up short.

I am filling out the I-485 so it ready to file once my Fiance and I are married. I have a few questions:

1) Part 1 Other names used since birth:

I have included my middle name on the I-485 form and on my marriage licence. My middle name is not listed on the I-94 and I did not put it down on my social security card application , is this okay? Should I include or exclude my middle name on the I-485 form?

2) What is my A-number, and where to find it?

3) If I was denied ESTA, should I answer 'Yes' to the question that asks if I have ever been denied a US visa?
