Hey guys. we filed our i129f on may 3rd so we are officially 7 months in. Hopefully we get approved soon but I m worried since they haven t really started processing March cases yet. my fianc and I both live together in Ireland and we are worried about another covid lockdown being introduced. Would we have grounds for an expedite with uscis if my fiance(petitioner) loses his job and that would put us in financial hardship? does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi there, Hoping someone in this group can help me. We've been through a few different RFEs at the NVC stage. The latest was in September, where they asked for a joint sponsor birth certificate and my W2 for 2020. We submitted the birth certificate on September 3rd, however I thought the request for the W2 was potentially a mistake as my AOS documents have been "accepted" and my 2020 income was foreign earned (so I don't have a W2). I've seen a few instances here where people have been asked for this, and have submitted a letter explaining that the income was foreign earned and no W2 was available. My question is - if we submit a letter now explaining why I don't have a W2, are we going to be put to the end of the line and have to wait another 3 months? Thanks so much in advance!

Hoping someone has been through this in Ireland recently and can give some insight. My husband is currently awaiting his spousal visa. He attended his interview November 2nd but due to backlog he only had his medical on November 15th. The CO told him once they received his medical report then they would request his passport and issue the visa. I know it s only been 2 days but we have a 3month old daughter he hasn t even met yet and just want him here ASAP. Has anyone been through this in Ireland lately and if you have, how long did it take after the medical to get your passport sent to the embassy and back again ? Thanks advance

Hi everyone, I ve gotten to the point where I have to fill out the affidavit of support for my fianc and I haven t been able to quite find the info I need. I ve recently completed grad school, and as such haven't found steady employment yet and will be using a family member as a co sponsor for the visa. Im not sure how exactly to do that, however. Do they just fill out the I-134 alone? Do I also have to fill one out as the petitioner even though I barely have anything? If they are married and filed a joint tax return does their spouse have to sign anything? Thanks for any help!

Hello everyone, I submitted my documents on Aug 10; checked the website on Monday and they were at Aug 8th, and today I got a notification asking for my wife's W2 (Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for <my-wife's-name>). Even though we submitted the tax transcripts for the past 3 years, tax transcripts include the W2 info but I guess they need hers specifically. I guess they need her W2 info individually since we filed jointly. My question is how long will it take for me to hear back from them? I already uploaded/submitted the W2 doc they asked for today. Am I automatically sent back to the back of the line? Timeline: Embassy: Dublin, Ireland Submitted docs to the portal: 8/10/2021 Case FE review note notification from NVC: 11/4/2021 Submitted required document: 11/4/2021
