US Immigration from Ireland

Hello and apologies if these questions have been asked. I tried to search for answers but was coming up short.

I am filling out the I-485 so it ready to file once my Fiance and I are married. I have a few questions:

1) Part 1 Other names used since birth:

I have included my middle name on the I-485 form and on my marriage licence. My middle name is not listed on the I-94 and I did not put it down on my social security card application , is this okay? Should I include or exclude my middle name on the I-485 form?

2) What is my A-number, and where to find it?

3) If I was denied ESTA, should I answer 'Yes' to the question that asks if I have ever been denied a US visa?

My ROC case that was approved back in July 2021 and with which i received my card has now changed status last week to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". I also received a letter in the mail this morning with this new status on the case.

Has this happened to anyone else? I do have a pending N400 that I applied for in November 2021...

Hello, looking for advice or maybe someone is in similar situation , I had my interview on 2nd of December in Dublin it went well but because of baclog I had my medical after on 9th of December, they said once they will receive my medical they will request my passport to issue my visa CR1, they got my medical results on 11th of December and I am still waiting and stressing out, how long time it usually takes? today is already 12th of January and I keep checking my email..thank you in advance

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to speak to a real person at the London embassy over the phone? My case was transferred to the London embassy 10 weeks ago but I've heard nothing and had no confirmation from London that they have even received it. I would like to be able to speak to someone but I'm finding it difficult to find a number to call that will get me through to a real person and using the contact form online is getting me nowhere.

Can anyone help?

So my wife has her CR-1 (green card) interview at the end of the month. Due to the long time taken for this process her passport ran below the 6 months minimum required for entry.

She renewed her passport but it is now in her married name to match all the other documents she has. The DS 260 form has her maiden name as that matched the passport back when. Has anybody had issues with consulate interviews as a result of names not matching?

She does still have old passport just has a cancel stamp in the back.
