Hey guys i got my QD email 15 days ago.i chosed US Embassy in Ankara in Turkey for my appointment,,but 2 night ago i found this page so due to this information about appointments time do you think i need yo chang my Embassy to Armenia because they will have available appointments soon???

All my documents for cr1 are qualified on 22 May 2020 how much time it takes to get the appointment letter 😬?

Hi everyone,

I came to US with K1 visa and got my green card , then after couple years I divorced but still successfully removed the condition from my greencard. now after 3 years I want to marry a none US citizen and apply CR-1 for her. does the fact that I have my greencard trough marriage going to be a problem? I need some guidance to make sure there is no issue with my case.

My husband (naturalized US citizen) is filling up for I-130 for his sister in Iran. I know this will take 12-15+ years, pending removal of the travel ban.

QUESTION: Her passport is currently expired. Does she need to have a valid passport for question 47 & 50 (beneficiary s entry info)?
