Desperately looking for help!

My Mother has been told to need to provide sputum samples for three consecutive days because of the her chest x-ray result. She is a survival of cancer that diagnostics with radiotherapy. We provide the medical summery and other documents in regards of her illness history. The problem is she can't provide sputum sample no matter what method she use that might be in related with long history of her illness. she always have had dry coughing when it comes to cold. She attend in lab for two consecutive day and they couldn't collect any sample yet. We asked the examiner to use another method if possible but they responded CDC required them to use sputum for tuberculosis test. Why we have to distress an old lady with persuading her to cough when they know about radiation effects on her lung!

Has any one deal with such a issue or hear about it in immigration process what would be her options if she can't provide sputum or medical exam can't finish because of a specific situation of the applicant? who we have to get with since doctors try to do their protocol regardless of patient condition.

My fianc e visa was approved today and they took her passport in US embassy Abu Dhabi and they told her to pick up her visa from the assigned post office in Abu Dhabi in one week (no recipe was given to her, they only took her passport). CEAC website now says administrative processing. Are all approved cases change to administrative processing? Thanks

Our case was ready (CEAC website) at UAE consulate about 3 weeks ago so we emailed the consulate and received a response telling us to wait for instructions letter email from them so we can submit ds-160 and make an appointment.

I know it is different timing frame for each embassy but how long it usually take to receive instructions email letter from UAE embassy? I filled out ds-160 but have not submitted yet and we are just wait for the email letter instructions.

Any insights is appreciated. Thanks

Our case shows ready in the NVC website for interview so we contacted the embassy asking if can can file DS-160 few days ago. They responded and told us to wait until we receive the letter instructions very soon.

Do we need to wait for the letter instructions to submit DS-160 or is that for interview appointment selections?

Hello, I have questions about expedite visa, I m from Iran and my husband is American I have been waiting for my visa interview for 19 months i got my DQ on July 2020

then I didn t hear anything from the nvc, is there any recommendations for the expedite is the hardships effective to get the expedite? Does anyone know any people got expedite Through pregnancy?
