US Immigration from Iran

Hello. What would be the best path for two people who are currently engaged? I am Iranian and she is th3 US Citizen. Would it be better to meet her in another country or for her to come to Iran?

My wife and I are looking to submit our i130 application later today through the online USCIS system.

The official state department website shows a little guide on each step and it says fees must be paid by the beginning of the NVC phase.

Is this for the $675 fee or are there other fees to be paid at this time?

Reason for asking is because we are separating (physically) this coming week. I am headed back to the US to start career and we will be apart for the entire process (other than trips to visit). We have been together the last year and a half, living together for a year.

Money is tight as I am not working until I go back. A little teaching English online but its not bringing in much.

If I can pay that $675 when it reaches NVC phase and not have to use it right now it would be a HUGE boon to us.

does anyone know what is the timeline for Yerevan consulate for IR-1/CR-1 visa.
I have been DQ August 23 but timeline in Abu Dhabi is horrendous. Was wondering if Yerevan is a better option to move my documents. I have only 3 options Abu Dhabi, Ankara or Yerevan

My husband and daughter are America and I am Iranian. He has finished his contract and we need to depart from Abu Dhabi soon.
I managed to get a tourist visa for now but unfortunately due to nationality its short term and single entry. Stressed and hopeless re appointment time.
