Hi I m seeing on people s timelines they have dates for when the NVC has received their application and when they sent it out. I tried calling the NVC number to see if they have received my NOA2 from USCIS and I just get a voice recording. Is the the beneficiary number right above her name have any significance in looking up our case?

I will be filing the I-130 form online on behalf of my Indonesian wife. Has anyone else done that? And if so, can you give any advice on how to electronically submit the required passport photos?

Hi everyone... I-129F waiting for NOA2 now and I am the beneficiary. Here is the issue that I have now. On the I-129F form, my mother's name is Mrs. Bbb Ccc DDD Eee (based on her passport name). But then, I just remember that her name in my birth certificate is Mrs. Aaaa Bbbb Cccc Ddddd Eeeeee (Yes, she does has a very full name).

1. Would it be a problem or even be a denial reason for my k1 visa approval ?

2. What you guys will suggest me to say to the interviewer officer later regarding this issue ?

3. Basically, what should I do about it ?

I submitted documents to NVC October 4th, 2019 and NVC accepted all documents on November 21st.

They however asked for ONE additional document (Marriage Termination Certificate) that I uploaded on the same day November 21st.

It is now Jan. 2nd, 2020 and I have not heard anything on the ONE document that I uploaded.

Does anyone know the timeline. Is anyone going thru the same wait after this type of submission?

I am so frustrated...

My USC fiance is a divorced man and is now living in his mother's house since he got divorced.. he has one child and still provide the child support for her (living with the ex wife, spend time with the child 3 days in a week for couple hours)..

So on this part of I-134 form, please let me know..

1. Does he needs to include his mother ? If yes, is it wholly or partially dependent ?

2. Which one should he tick on the option box regarding his child ? Wholly or partially dependent ?

3. Does he needs to include me (the k1 beneficiary) as well ? And same question.. wholly or partially dependent ?
