US Immigration from Indonesia

I filled out DS260 application, I made sure I answered every question and checked every box as well as save every page before clicking next page. The problem is when I get to the last page after review and I click on "sign/submit", the computer log me out to the first login page. I log back in and the status is "incomplete" I click "edit" and the question "Have visited any countries/regions in the last five years?" is not saved it's unchecked, I made sure I checked no and saved again and the same thing happened. Going around a circle...Just to add I tried different wifi's different browsers and different computers with up-to-date software browsers...

I tried different browsers; explorer, chrome, firefox and I even used three different pc's, however I keep getting kicked out...No sign page and no confirmation page. I called NVC twice and they checked and say that every look fine on their end then they told me to email them the screen shots with an explanation...the problem is that they have a two-months waiting time to get to the emails. I already waited one year to get approved by USCIS and NVC contact me now I have to wait another two months just for NVC read my email.

Does any have suggestions to resolve this problem? I appreciate your input.

I am self employed, and still on my fathers insurance for the next few years, that leaves my wife without health insurance.

I just read some things that look like it's saying as of November 2019, she will be required to have insurance or we show proof that we have enough money to cover ourselves (I don't think we do)
I've done some digging but can't find any details.
Her interview for GC was just scheduled.

I just got notification that my i-751 is ready to be scheduled for interview. Our file is in Nebraska Service Center. For anyone with ROC interview, how long from notification to actually get scheduled interview in mail and/or the actual interview? My husband (the USC) will go out of state for work the next two weeks and I'm a little bit concerned. Thank you in advance!

Hallo.. I'm the beneficiary (from Jakarta, Indonesia) I have a question that keep stuck in my mind now. So this is just my estimation. So, me and my fiance are going to apply for K1 visa on March 2020. He (the petitioner) started his new job in April 2019, so he probably made less than 20k for 2019. He doesn't have any dependent, so it's just gonna be him+me.

What if, my interview will be in this year.. So just in case we will have a joint sponsor. And the question is, can the petitioner use his own income for me to apply AOS ( let say in 2021 ) even though we use joint sponsor for the K1 ? Because he might make more than the poverty level this year.

Hello I got my petition approved by USCIS and now NVC has my application. They ve had it for about 1 month now. I called NVC and spoke to 2 different people and have gotten different responses. The first time I called he informed me that NVC has received my case and that they haven t created a case number yet but once they do they ship it to the US embassy in the foreign country. He said there isn t much that needs to be done at this point. I then called back a week later gave the same credentials to verify it was me. She said the NVC received it on a different date, but she had a case number and gave it to me. I go to ceac.state.gov and enter the case number for non-immigrant visa (I thought that is what the k1 fianc e visa is until they are over here and we file for adjustment of status) but it didn t show up as anything however when I search under immigrant visa it shows my application is at NVC and has six steps I have to follow. Which one is the correct procedure to pay attention to?
