My fiance and I are needing to complete our police certificates. We applied on e-Konsular for her Malaysian CGC. We were denied, however. What supporting document did you use to get approved?

I'm working on my Affidavit of Support and I plan to submit it within the next few weeks. It asks for my most recent tax year and I'm planning to submit my taxes from 2023. Now that it's January 2025, is the tax year from 2023 still acceptable? I haven't done my 2024 taxes but I'd like to finish my Affidavit of Support and get it in as soon as possible, without waiting to do the 2024 taxes. Is this acceptable?

Hi Fellows member : I just want ask straight question my wife's condition permanent residence card will be expire on 4/1/2025 , I know I have to file form I-751 to remove conditions PR beside fill up that form is there anything that I need to submit as proof together with that form? currently we are in the visa embassy stage. We just saw that my fiance's birth place doesn't match what we put on the forms compared to whats on her govt documents, ID, and passport.

Her govt documents say her birth place is a place called Bangkalan which is a region. on the I-129f and ds-160 we put Lergunong which is a village in the Bangkalan region. this is where she was specifically born. We are going to correct the ds-160 and I-134 to reflect the govt documents, but its to late to fix the i-129f that already got approved. Hopefully this is not an issue in the future and they will allow us to explain the discrepancy if asked.

Does anyone see this as an issue?

Hello everyone, I got a second RFE IN THE MAIL a few days ago asking me to get another medical because mine was incomplete.

But my myUSCIS page looks like this? The RFE filed under documents DOES NOT contain the second RFE, and on NOV 7 when they allegedly issued the RFE they changed their mind within minutes? (2 different emails, one saying action needed to be done and then the second one is just your case is being reviewed)

any ideas if I should reply to the second RFE?
