Hi Fellows member : I just want ask straight question my wife's condition permanent residence card will be expire on 4/1/2025 , I know I have to file form I-751 to remove conditions PR beside fill up that form is there anything that I need to submit as proof together with that form? I appreciate the answer, thank you.

currently we are in the visa embassy stage. We just saw that my fiance's birth place doesn't match what we put on the forms compared to whats on her govt documents, ID, and passport.

Her govt documents say her birth place is a place called Bangkalan which is a region. on the I-129f and ds-160 we put Lergunong which is a village in the Bangkalan region. this is where she was specifically born. We are going to correct the ds-160 and I-134 to reflect the govt documents, but its to late to fix the i-129f that already got approved. Hopefully this is not an issue in the future and they will allow us to explain the discrepancy if asked.

Does anyone see this as an issue?

Hello everyone, I got a second RFE IN THE MAIL a few days ago asking me to get another medical because mine was incomplete.

But my myUSCIS page looks like this? The RFE filed under documents DOES NOT contain the second RFE, and on NOV 7 when they allegedly issued the RFE they changed their mind within minutes? (2 different emails, one saying action needed to be done and then the second one is just your case is being reviewed)

any ideas if I should reply to the second RFE?

My fiance sent I-129F packet to USCIS on Oct 17, 2024. And the packet was received on Oct 18, 2024. Where will I get my NOA 2 based on the prediction?

Hi everyone, my fiance just finished filling out the I-129F form and he doesn t need the page 8 which is the additional information sheet, should I still include the additional information sheet in the visa packet for USCIS? And if I should should I put N/A on the sheet?

Also is it necessary to mention where we met on the internet like what app did we meet on? Cause on the form it only says describe about in person meeting.
