US Immigration from India

Hey everyone

hope you are doing well.

I have question regarding extension of cr1 visa.

My cr1 visa will be expire in july 4th and i am still stuck in india because of suspension of flights from india to usa due to covid-19. US Embassy and consulates are temporarily closed. Is there any way to extend my CR1 visa.

Hello everybody! We've submitted our financial documents and the DS-260 is completed. We've also uploaded all civil documents except the PCC.

My husband had an appointment for 04/20 which got rescheduled to 05/05 because India extended its lockdown.

My question is, can we submit our Civil Documents and select PCC not available and add an explanation about getting it to the interview, and if the 05/05 appointment does end up happening, upload it as an additional document then? I know it will push our review date, but in case the lockdown extends even further, at least we'll have our review date as today. Any suggestions?

was told decision cannot be made since this is based on marriage

today i checked the account it has two updates .

first approved

then after that you attended the interview

does this mean that i am approved or are they still thinking about it ?

I filed I-130 for my spouse (residing in India) using her birth name. If she changes her name to her marriage name and gets a new passport issued will this be a problem?

Just curious to see if anybody is in the same boat as mine for the new form I-944. My wife and me filed our taxes jointly for 2019. The question under the household income is asking for the Gross income for my wife and me. Should I use the individual W2 income which adds up to IRS Tax Return Transcript or put total household income twice? As of now I have put individual incomes from W2. Thank you!
