So I got here in November 2019 and I m doing the AOS. However, the I-944 requires my credit report. I don t really have a social security number so ppl say I should get a no credit history report but I don t know how to get one. And since I got here in November when I-944 was not required for AOS. Therefore, I didn t bring some of the supporting documents like bank statements and my certificate etc. What should I do? Thanks! Anyone here on the same boat?!!!

Hi everyone! I filed for I-130 online and paid via credit card on the 21 April and got a receipt notice email (with the IOE no.) right away. I was wondering if this is the NOA1?? I used the IOE tracking no and it says the case was received. If this is not the NOA1, what is the average wait time since everything seem to be slowed down due to covid-19? Thank you!

It's almost end of April so I think I can started the May 2020... I'm gonna file my I-751 around May 25th, I haven't been following USCIS news for a while, just want to know if there is anything changed due to the current COVID situation? We can still mail in our application right?

The following question is a bit confusing for us on the N400 form: Date You Became a Lawful Permanent Resident My wife arrived to the US arrived in January 2017, and got her conditional GC on September 2017. I did some research, and I believe she can file for citizenship starting January 2020, right? So then in that case, do I put the January 2017 date or the September 2017 date?
