NVC phase - Submitting Police Certificate

HI, everyone. I am currently working on my wife's CR-1 visa and we are on NVC document submission phase.

But we got stuck at the point when she needs to submit a police certificate (Canada), she studied in a program and lived in Canada from late 2017 to mid 2019.

She is currently in Hong Kong and I am currently in USA. With the US-Canada border being closed, we have been in working one getting the police certificate for a few times, and unsure why they are all rejected / not accepted by NVC a few days after submitting on each of them.

The last one (I have attached a exact same looking one I found from another post.) I submitted meets pretty much every single details, I think to the online guideline they provided. But still got rejected. So I called NVC, explain to them that we applied for the Certified Criminal Record Check from RCMP through a RCMP-approved partner agency (XL-ID Solutions in Montreal) by mailing, and they mailed the certified criminal record check back to my wife in HK, then we submitted it. Still is not being accepted. The NVC person on the phone said that since we are currently not in Canada and can not get into Canada, we can simply delete the attached document and select "Not Available" for the Police Certificate (Canada) section and submit the documents again. But he also mentioned that I still need the actual physical police certificate at the time of the interview, so I am not sure what would be my next step.

Looking for helps from anyone! Sorry for the long passage and thank you very much for your time!!

Fiance doesn't live in home country

Hello, I was wondering if someone could provide some advice on how this situation would affect things for the k-1 Visa.

I am a U.S. Citizen by birth. My fianc is a Chinese citizen by birth. She is currently living and working in Hong Kong since August 2016, first as a graduate student then on a work visa. She's currently in Hong Kong on a work visa but does not yet have "permanent residency" status in Hong Kong, which comes after 7 years of renewing HK Work visas.

How would this affect our visa process? Would she be required to return to China to complete any interviews/file any paperwork or could everything be done from Hong Kong?

Thanks in advance :)

Happy New Year

Here we go again with papers papers. Anyways, upon checking for "where to file" the I-751, in the uscis website it is addressed in Arizona but I read in here that filing lockbox depends on what state you come from(in my case it's Michigan). So any enlightenment?

And lastly, when you say "filing jointly" it will be the US citizen who will file the papers in behalf of the alien spouse?

Thank you so much

Question on 129F Forms

My Fianc and I are beginning the K-1 visa process now, and I'm working through the visa journey checklist to ensure I have everything required for the initial petition. I've been having trouble with the i-129F forms though, with half of the fields not being fillable. Is this just me, or is the form broken?

Do other people fill out what can be filled and handwrite the rest? Handwrite the whole form? My handwriting is rough, so I'd rather type everything I can haha!
