The guide on this site say that if I want to sponsor my brother and his wife in the UK to immigrate to the US, I just need to file one form to also apply for his wife to come as well:

> Note: You do not need to file a separate Form I-130 for your sibling s spouse or unmarried children under 21 years of age.

But how do I do that? Do I just have to add her name to the form as his spouse in the spouse section? Anything else I need to submit? It doesn't say anything about showing a copy of the marriage certificate, so curious if that's needed, to show that they are indeed married.

Start I-130 for someone on UK BNO Visa?

I'm a US Citizen. I have a brother that used to live in HK, but recently made the move to the UK via his BNO Visa. He needs to wait another year in order to apply for a British Citizenship. In the mean time, I wanted to file a petition to have him and his wife immigrate to the USA. The end result will have them both on a dual citizenship of UK and US, and living in the US.

My question is, does filing the I-130 now affect my brother's (and his wife's) British Citizenship process in any negative way? I want to start the process now, as I know it will take a long time for the petition to go through (10+ years I believe?).

I submitted 1-130 for my mom earlier this year and my mom wants to visit for the holidays. She is coming in via visa free program so by default is 90 days stay but she only plan to stay for 30-45 days. Round trip tickets will be purchased.
Are there any concerns I should taken into? I m worry immigration see she has an open immigration application and will deny her entry worrying she may overstay?
Anything I need to prepare my mom for when she arrive at immigration/boarder control when she visit?

Question on Multiple filing waiver on the I-129F

In 2007 I filed the I-129F for my Fianc She came to the US and we got married. 14 years later we got a divorce. Then I found love again and filed the I-129F to bring my new Fianc . NOA1 date was August 16 2023. We broke up in November. I went back to her home country in January to try and fix it however I made it worse, I sent a request to withdraw the case on February 14 2024 however it was approved NOA2 on February 29th. I then sent a withdrawal notice to the NVC and they sent my potation back the the USCIS to expire. I now am working on filing again.

Item Numbers 5.a. - 5.d. Multiple Filer Waiver Request. You must request a waiver of the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) filing limitations if: 1. You are filing this petition on behalf of your fianc (e) and you previously filed Form I-129Fs on behalf of two or more fianc (e) beneficiaries; or

You are filing this petition on behalf of your fianc (e), you have previously had a Form I-129F approved, and less than two years have passed since the filing date of your previously approved petition

So it looks like in order to file another K1 application I will need to file for the waver with my I-129F application. Does anyone know how successful that is or how long it takes? I am thinking about going back and Marring her so It won't matter. Any suggestions or knowledge would be suggestions.

Tourist travel from China to USA

Hi all,

It's been a while (2010) since we began our journey. Wife and daughter now have US citizenship. We've traveled back to China many times but would like to now bring her mom here for visit. My question is what is the current environment like to get a tourist visa for her mom or would it just be easier/faster to go the green card route. I know I'm probably not using the current vernacular but I trust you know I mean.

Thanks for your input.
