US Immigration from Honduras

My husband came to the US 2 years ago and was waiting on his asylum case, which is still pending. We got married in November and decided to start the process to change his status. He has his 2 children with him (mother passed away) and I of course want to include them with his application. After researching, I think that I can file his I-765, I-131 together and all for the same fee as the I-485 if I file them jointly correct? Is there anything else I can file with that or am I missing something?

Any advice would be appreciated. I need a tribe to help me through this journey.

My husband is needing to renew his Medical Exam and his Police Report. The embassy sent my husband two days before the lockdown happened, asking him to get his Medical Exam updated so they can finish processing his case. Do you know if people are able to still see the Dr. for their medical exam or go to the DPI to obtain their police report?

I tried to order our tax transcripts for 2019 but for our luck this pandemic happened so now the IRS is not sending out transcripts thru the mail, online only. And when we try to make an account we get to the last verification it is the phone of course it does not work for our cell company ..thanks Spectrum. I pretty much figure we will have to wait until the IRS offices are open again...ANY THOUGHTS? Thanks

My husband has a temporary green card and we would love for some of his brothers and sisters to visit. They are coming from Honduras. What is the best way for this to happen?

This is driving me crazy. Pretty simple I am sponsoring my spouse, my income is enough by itself, however I filed a joint tax return. I am getting my docs ready for interview. I have a few questions.

1. Do they want the I-864 that I sent to the NVC or a new one? I recently filed my taxes, the docs I sent to the NVC were using last years taxes.

2. My question is can I use form I-864EZ if I filed a joint return?

3. What do I put for total household income being that I filed a joint return? Do I subtract what she made or do I put the actual total from my return which includes her income?
