US Immigration from Haiti

I have a question. I have a friend married to someone and how wife has a child. They are filing a i-130, I-485, I-132 and i-765. However she has a child Under 5. Does a form I-130 & I-485, need to be completed for the child as well? Thanks I m advance

Hi all, 1st time posting here. So I just check on the CEAC web, its says that NVC reviewing doc submitted on oct 21. This is so confusing to me since i remember that the website was down for 1 week and the 22nd was the first day people were able to submit doc. I m praying for a miracle this week since my doc. Were submitted on the 22nd. And by the way, that was one doc i had to resubmitted since the rest was accepted on September 9th.
