I am new to this forum but i hope to find help. I filed as the petitioner (based on stepparent-stepchild relationship). I-30 petition has been approved and we are at the National Visa Center for processing. Ihave all the documents, proof of USD citizenship, BC for the child, I also include a copy of my marriage certificate (to show marriage to my current husband). My question is: do we need divorce decrees for both of us or just for me the petitioner? If yes where do I upload them? Under AOS or civil docs. I don't want to miss anything as we do not want any delay.

Hi! So my now husband came to the states on a k1 in December. We married in February. He had his medical exam in Haiti before coming but did not get the vaccinations. Now we are working on AOS and he got his vaccinations here in the states but we can't find a civil surgeon who will only do the vaccination section of the I693. We are in North Florida and willing to travel to get this document signed. Any advice or help?

I've called 14 approved civil surgeons and they all say that we have to get the exam again for over $500 which is totally unnecessary. I saw That there may be a possibility to mail it in somewhere? Thanks in advance.

Maybe someone here is going thru the same situation like me. Do you think it s normal for us to be waiting almost a year to get an interview date for port au prince, ?My husband's Documents were qualified on June2019 all fees are paid. This April made it 10months and now with the pandemic I don t know when he will get here. Port au prince is taking forever to give an interview date. I am so frustrated
