US Immigration from Guyana

Hey guys I would like clarity on this, I will be 21 December 2020 and we already went for an interview in January and was told to submit additional documents alone with the DS-5540 form.

And before out documents can be accepted the president sign the proclamation barring the entry of new immigrants.

I recently read on the DOS that if a family petition have an dependent who will be aging out can connect the embassy With further information.

Can you guys help me out, and give some advice whether to email the embassy that I will be aging out and whether we can be exempt from the Visa ban

Update: When will the Georgetown Guyana Embassy Re-open?

Not sure what this means. I am eagerly waiting. I took a snip it of it and forwarded to Mr. Hacking. I hope we are getting good news. It's been 16 months to be exact since we had our interview. I am assuming because they received the summons, it's the first step in getting my case moving.

The NVC is asking for a police Certificate from Mexico, I stayed there 10 years ago (2010) for 8 Months on Student Visa. The Mex Embassy in my Country Keeps repeating that they don't offer those services and they can't help me.

How can I convince NVC and the Consulate at the time of the Interview, that's this is impossible for me, especially Due to Covid-19?

Please know that the Corona virus does not go away automatically when the Embassies resumes work and I will need to apply for a Visa to enter Mexico.
