US Immigration from Guyana

It is saving all the multiple choice answers and typed info, but every time I go back to the attachments, they all disappear. Got to the end, went back to review, all the photo attachments just disappeared. Is this a bug? Is this some known issue?

What is the current processing time at Vermont Service Centre for F1 persons?

Also if my priority year is 2013 when can I expect communication?

Hey guys.
I sent in new documents to embassy where I was interview.
And they send me a new email stating I am still ineligible for a visa.
Can someone please explain this to me.
Do I need a new joint sponsor.
Or is there something else with our documents.

Basically can you guys explain this to me? Please

Attach below is an email they send me.

The Guyana US embassy give me a white paper stating my case was ineligible for a visa under the national immigration act INA.

The consulate officer told me to submit evidence of a new joint sponsor to meet the financial income required.

They give me a email address to send the documents to. ":: iv221G*****@state.gov

I recieved an automatic email stating my my email was received and it will take up to 10 days for my documents to be reviewed.

It's been almost 13 days now with no response from the embassy.

Please note the officer told me "it normally takes 4 days to got a response."

I dont know what to do. I posted a thread similar to this and someone told me to wait but right now I guess wait is my last option.

Can someone give me some advice what to do.

Or a number that I can call the US guyana consulate with.

Well I posted a thread earlier. And the consulate found that my case wasn't eligible for a visa due to the INA. The joint sponsor income was too low.

So they give me and email address to email my documents to them. They email says 10 days and is been nine days already with no reply.

I've added a new joint sponsor with more income so this should have fix the issue.

But there is no response for the embassy.

Does it usually take this long.

Can you guys give me an estimated time frame.

I'm worrying alot.

Can someone please help me out here or give me their thoughts please.
