Hi all, I recently got mi i130 approved, and my case has been sent to the nvc. They already sent me my case # and invoice #. My question is though, I have been living in Guatemala up until October of 2021 and I started working the same month I got here. Since I don't meet the required income my brother will be my joint sponsor. Do I have to pay the $120 for each i864, or just mine? Also I did my 2021 taxes and have yet to do my 2022 taxes. Will I have to use my recent year taxes? I am a little lost here so please be nice. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala but lives in the U.S and we finally received an interview appointment at the Embassy in Guatemala. I'm getting all of our paperwork ready but went through a checklist and it lists form I-864. We have already submitted the form to NVC but I don't have a copy of the form, so I'm wondering if we are still required to bring a copy of the submitted form to the appointment or if they would have it on file since we've already submitted it? Thank you!! (Also, does anyone happen to know how to retrieve it from the NVC website that it was submitted to, or if there's a way to receive a copy of the already submitted forms that they have on our file?)

Hello, I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala but lives here in the U.S, and we finally received an appointment letter for his interview at the Embassy in Guatemala. I'm getting all of our paperwork ready for the interview, and on the checklist that's on travel.state.gov, it states to bring the I-864 form. We have already submitted this form to NVC along with my income verification (I'm the sponsor). My question is, does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve my submitted I-864 form from Ceac (NVC website) or anywhere else, as I no longer have a copy of the form. I was told by someone that I could pull it from the NVC website, but I looked on there and couldn't figure out how to do it. Also, if anyone has already gone to their appointment, did you end up needing the form and did they request it even though you had previously submitted it to NVC? Thanks in advance! Really hoping to get some answers!

We are 2 months away from our date of our NOA 2 notification which means we are just waiting for the interview appointment. Our case status has been stuck on "Case Approved" on January 14th of this year. We have not received anything else since then and we were told not to wait a year if we had not heard anything back. Worse of all, we have seen many other applicants that received that notice much later and have already received their interview appointment. These applicants are from the same country as well. Not sure what to do at this point.
