US Immigration from Guatemala

hello everyone!

so I have a dilemma, I have a trip coming up on March the 12th to go see my husband in Guatemala. I have not seen him in 7 months because of my job. We have a lawyer and hopefully everything will be submitter quick and correctly (but who knows). If they approve everything we are thinking 4 months before he is here because Guatemala doesn't take long to schedule interviews. We are thinking of calling off the trip because I don't want to go and comeback and 2 months later be asking for time off at my job again because they might not approve it. Question is! if I don't go would the official at the interview look at it weird that I did not go see my husband for almost a year? we have been together for 4 years and 1 year and 2 months married and I usually go every 6 months. any comments will help. thank you!

How will my fiance, who lives oversees, receive information from the embassy? Specifically in Guatemala. There is no national mailing system (postal mail) so how will he receive communication from the Guatemalan embassy? I've been searching for an answer to this questions for a couple of weeks now and I want it to be cleared up before I sent in the I129F form...

can you all provide the time line from USCIS approval to receiving welcome letter? it has been 45 days for me and I haven't heard anything. thanks in advance.

Our i130 petition was approved and it was sent to the department of state on 01/06/2020 but we have not received the welcome letter (our priority date is 01/28/2019). The NVC case frame says Current case creation time frame: As of 19-FEB-2020, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 28-JAN-2020, which you would think our case was received already. I have tried calling them several times but it keeps telling me to call at a later time and they hang-up and if I send an e-mail they are taking almost 2 months to answer. Any suggestion on how I can contact the NVC to see if they have sent the letter? or do I need to just wait? thank you so much!

So I adjusted my status from a B2 and got my green card earlier this week. I got the green card before my EAD was processed, so I never got it. I did mark yes, when it asked if I wanted to apply for a new SSN.

So my question is, since the whole EAD/AP was skipped and I already have my green card, should I wait for the SSN to come in the mail in 2 weeks or should I go to an office and apply from scratch?
