US Immigration from Ghana

When i mailed the forms and evidence, it came out to two folders because i had alot of pictures and evidence. Just want to make sure they wont just throw one away since one has the paperwork with a couple of evidence and the other has all the rest of the evidence. i mailed it together in one large envelope.

I have another question please,

I got married to my fiancee after our K1 got denied and she is processing her change of name, we already have the affidavit and she is now waiting for the Gazette from ghana publish.

Just inquiring, do we need the Gazette for me to submit the i-130 because the affidavit shows the name change.

Do i need her birth cert aswell.

Or would i need a copy of the biometrics part of her passport?

Just want to make sure if i need all these because everything else is ready to go.

So my Cousin went for her first CR1 interview at the consulate in Ghana, she was then told to submit more evidence with the passport of her kids together. she did that and a couple of days after, the status on the CEAC website says READY> , Does that mean she would have to go for another interview please, just want to make sure.

so my USA born citizen husband is unemployed, he used to receive ssi when he had mental issues and was suffering irritable bowel syndrome . He got off SSI to try to get a job but The IBS and more mental issues made it impossible for him to be employed . He reapplied for the SSI which we are waiting for the results . Now, can he sponsor me with the adjustment of status, will I be denied because of the new public charge rule since he s currently unemployed, used to receive ssi and has currently applied for Ssi ? . I have never received any government assistance. I came here on tourist visa , please help

I am putting my packet together for the I130, and I am trying to decided if I should do it online or take the time and prepare the packet. Which do you prefer and why?
