I was emailed to send a police certificate they told me I will hear from them in two weeks time today mark the two weeks I emailed them and they said my case has been escalated and in process of being reviewed has anyone has a similar response.

And also is it just generic respond or someone actually read my email?

Hi guys, I need help. My wife filed the i-130 25th Feb 2019 and later filed the k3 22nd November 2019. Our i-130 is past a year and has still not been approved. Do you think it's because the k3 process has been slowed down? Can we withdraw the k3 and maintain the i-130? Will the withdrawal affect the i-130? All our cases are in NEBRASKA

Im not sure if this is the way it should be or if i am just lost. so i sent my I-130 Petition and completed the form to receive the text message once a case number has been generated but i did not get a text and i had to call them to get a case number and this is what i see on there when i looked it up. It said it was emailed and i have not received any sort of email. i just want to make sure im on the right path and the I-130 PETITION RECEIPT NUMBERS START WITH IOE.
