I just received the notice of action for form i-797 after approval of i-130.

I just want to know the form of communication for NVC. Is it by mail or email?

Also how long before will my husband ( beneficiary) receive a notice from the consulate before the actual interview?

Trust everybody's doing good in this pandemic times. My wife and I are preparing to front load our petition with WhatsApp call records since we do almost all our voice calls using that app. The problem's that we've lost about four months worth of call history. Our solution's to attach a letter to the application explaining why there are no call records for those preceding months. Is that a good thing to do folks?
