Hello, pls my husband and I are filling out the I-944 forms and we are wondering if he just came to the USA last year November doesn't have any debts how will he respond to this section? Its asking about mortgage, credit card debt, student loans, etc...OR is this suppose to be my information. My husband is the one applying for the AOS, I am the US Citizen.

Hello everyone! My husband and I sent in our AOS application and it was returned back to us because it was missing two forms; I-944 and I-864EZ...I do not understand the process of the I-944...I want to understand very clearly that everything they are asking about is it for the Petitioner (US Citizen) or Beneficiary (Spouse Seeking the GC)...i.e, the credit history, health insurance, use of public benefits etc...I know the form is very new so we are all trying to figure it out but I know some are further along than others. So pls, those who FOR SURE know this form and how to do it pls let me know so we can move forward with our process

I hope everyone is staying safe. We are in the process of gathering all civil documents to upload onto CEAC. So my husband just realized on the marriage certificate, we didn t include his dad s surname. It was just his first and middle name. How bad is this? Has any Ghanaian petitioners had a similar issue? Thank you.

My husband arrived in the US on 3/20 and has yet to receive his SS card. I'm sure this is due to most government agencies being closed atm. Was just wondering if anyone has received theirs in recent time?
