Please, it advisable to use a 13.3x13.4 size scrapbook for front-loading photos, chats, and other evidences?

I have questions about obtaining the ghana police certificate. Do you really need to take the hard copy of your passport or a soft copy will suffice? Also, I thought it was 120 ghana cedis to obtain it? Because I was told that if you have traveled outside the country within 6 months, you have to pay 1200 ghana cedis. Thank you.

Please i need help. I filed a i-130 petition for my spouse and child on the 26th February, 2020 at the US Embassy in Seoul, Korea. I received an email from the embassy on the 3rd March,2020 saying my petition is Clearly Not Approvable and that the petition is being returned to the States. Its past 30 days and i have not received any mail or nothing whatsoever from USCIS. I checked the CEAC status and it says Case Returned to NVC . I dont have a receipt number from USCIS. I only have a case number which was in the email received from the embassy in Seoul. The USCIS case tracker wont accept the case number i have. Please what do i do to know the status of my petition and where it will likely be( USCIS or NVC). Thank you

Good afternoon,I filed for VAWA(i360) and my form i485 application form was returned stating that I should resubmit it with a copy of an i797 approval notice establishing that I am the beneficiary of a pending or approved immigrant visa petition which would make a visa immediately available to me or that I am eligible to adjust my status to that of a lawful permanent resident . When I did the i485 application, i attached form i797c that was sent to me in march. So I am wondering why they still returned it .
