Can a retiree that's receiving pension and own a house be a co sponsor for adjustment of status? I got an RFE last week and my mother inlaw is willing to be a co sponsor but I don't know if she's qualify. And also she doesn't have anyone else that she's supporting she lives alone. Pls guys help me out thank you !!

Can a cure to w2 serve as employment verification? It s becoming difficult to get employment letter and paystubs for my joint sponsor since her hotel job is closed(she will resume in October) and she doesn t have any recent paystubs

My wife wants to update her records with the social security administration from her maiden to married name. Problem is, she's asked to provide only originals of her marriage certificate. Our worry is, what if they lose it? Or even delay in giving it back to us?

I wish to share this good news and celebrate with everyone here . Finally, I received my new card in the mail few weeks after my approval and new card in production. It's almost 16months and 3weeks since I file for my I-751. No RFE, and no interview.

Now, will file for my citizenship right away , the battle is over and I wish all still waiting to receive thesame good news in short time. Meanwhile, from CSC. God bless all.
