How does a person contact the Nebraska Service Center to check on our case status we filed on 06/06/2020 and its been over 6 months now and haven't received our approval yet so we can go to the next step is there anything we can do to check our status please let me know and thanks for any advice

Can someone please tell me which cases the Potomac office is working on now.I went onto the site to check my status and I also went on the site to also check and see what cases they were working on but it s very hard for me to understand the chart because it looks as it still working on 2019 I guess.I m sorry I m asking a lot of questions but I am starting to get frustrated which I know it doesn t help. I ve been calling the Uscis * office and of course you can t ask any questions because you can t speak to someone. So can someone please just answer the question if you know when or what cases the Potomac field office is working on thank you

Is there a form that I can file for my husband to be able to the states while waiting on our approval letter? Can he file for a visa to come to the states?
