Does it give my child automatic citizenship?

My child Is less than 2 yrs and I will like to bring my child to live with me.

Any idea if my child will have to get US passport in the foreign country or do I have to file.

My case is currently open for review and has an estimated 5 weeks for processing. After completing the timeline it states my case won t be approved until October 2024. Which date is the most accurate? The timeline estimates from the website or USCIS.
