Can only SSA income let me sponsor my wife

I need help on B2 visa interview
A friend of mine was supposed to visit the USA on B2 visa for a friend s wedding which he got invitation for that in 2021.
However, my friend didn t get date for his interview in 2021 due to covid and no availability of interview dates but was rather scheduled to attend for interview next month March 2022 meanwhile the wedding date is already passed.
1) Can he be granted the B2 visa on this current date since the wedding is passed the date when filing his forms?
2) What are some of the possible questions he can be asked?

Hello, my husband and I did the CR1 Process in 2017 and were approved in 2019. He entered the USA 2 years after our marriage in Ghana and I was told he would be given a 10 year green card and not a 2 year. However, in 2019 when he came to the USA he only got a 2 year visa so when it was time to renew his green card we did the I-751 form. Well we just got notice From USCIS that our petition I-751 to remove conditions on Residence was denied because he should had been granted the Permanent residence without conditions (IR1) instead of the CR1.

Therefore, we need to file I-90 to receive the 10 year green card without additional fees because of DHS error.

However, when filling out this form I am stuck on Part 3. can anyone who has done this form please help me?

Part 3

1. Location where you applied for Immigrant visa or adjustment of status?

is that talking about Ghana? where I applied for my husband while doing the CR1 or possibly is it asking where the CR1 was processed like the Nebraska filing center? or is it asking me something else?

2.Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment or status?

would this be the Ghana Embassy where his visa was issued for him to come to the USA? or not?

any help would be highly appreciated since his 2 year visa expires may 2022 and we been waiting over a year now to get this taken care of.

we also paid $630 for the I-751 form since DHS made an error would they refund us that money since he was supposed to get a 10 year and not a 2 year?

and if so how can we reimbursed that money for their error.

Anyone with advice

I'm f4 visa category, pd 2006,interviewed at Accra embassy Nov 2021, received visa on 13th Jan 2022, but the problem is my marital status is showing single but I'm got married on 8th May 2021 and presented my marriage certificate at the interview. It was even withheld by the embassy n was brought back together with the visa but yet the marital status on visa is single. So please what should I do?

My fianc interviewed for his SSN 15 days after his arrival in the US on a K-1 visa. Everything at the interview went fine and the SSN official said he would get the approval in the mail in 2 weeks and the SSN card in a month. A month came and went and we thought maybe there was a delay due to the holidays. After the holidays, we checked in with our local SSN office and they informed us that Dept. of Homeland Security found an error on our application and it was still pending. SSN office couldn't say what the error was, but they would check and get back to us. After a week of calls with our local SSN office, we were told the error was fixed (SSN office said they were never informed what the error was) and we would be receiving the letter of approval in 2 weeks.

Well, another two weeks went by and we never received the letter. I called the SSN local office and it was back to the story of there was an error on our application (again couldn't say what said error was) and because the K-1 visa was about to expire in a couple of weeks, my fianc would not receive a SSN. The SSN office informed us we could reapply once my fianc 's visa was renewed or extended.

I am pretty confident there was no error on his SSN application/supporting documents (we checked everything over multiple times and the SSN officer we interviewed with also confirmed that the SSN application was filled out correctly and matched the supporting documents). I'm not sure what we could have done differently except checked in earlier when we didn't receive our letter within 2 weeks, but not sure it would have made a difference anyways.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone else experienced this particular issue? Does this happen frequently? (From reading here on VJ, I know many people have issues arise when dealing with the SSA)

2. Any ideas what the error could be that Dept. of Homeland Security was referring to? Just wondering if this issue will pop-up again when he reapplies.

3. From everything that I have read, it seems he will have to wait for his EAD/AP to reapply for his SSN (contrary to what the local SSN officer said) but I wanted to confirm.
