Hi, I am slated for an interview next month. I am told that i would need my sponsor's tax transcripts including my wife's. Is the downloadable version on IRS enough to be presented during the interview or we have to opt for the one that is mailed?

Thanks so much

Hi VJ family, My wife and I find it curious USCIS precedes her current (marriage) name with her maiden name when it comes to her mailing address in their correspondence. Is this usual?

my sibling case was DQ 3/11/2021. we've interview coming up and I logged in to find out that NVC is requesting my mum who is the main petitioner to submit AOS with I-864EZ.

We had submitted form 1-864 and I-864A for my mum and dad since my mum income alone is not enough to meet the poverty guidelines. Also, they've been filing joint taxes. Hence, it wouldn't make any sense to file form I-864EZ for mum. heck, I even added myself as a cosponsor and all these documents were sent and approved last year.

With that being said, do I re-submit form I-864 for my mum or just go ahead and submit the requested I-864EZ even though my mum income alone is not enough?

Hello everyone, my spouse just recently 3/9/2022 completed his interview at the embassy in Ghana and his passport was kept and he was told he wouldn t have to come back but we just needed to upload my 2020 or 2021 tax return and evidence of US domicile since I ve been staying in his country with him since July 2021. I submitted my tax return but I am wondering if the evidence of domicile I provided is enough. I submitted my car insurance which shows my address and that it was renewed in Dec 2021 and valid through June 2022. I also submitted mail from my bank with my address on it. I don t have a lease with my name on it since my intention is to go back to the states and live with my mom and be her caretaker which my husband explained at the interview. I am concerned as to whether this is enough as the case still shows refused and last case update shows 3/14/2021. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
