Hi everybody,So I m ready to file my N 400 based on marriage qualification.The thing is I have a 8 year old who also is not a citizen.Now how do I go about it.Will I need to wait for my approval before we get to process her naturalization?

I am f11 visa category and I married after visa interview . Now I filed for my wife she went for interview on wednesday the counsular gave her yellow sheet . She said she cant send tell her anything right now. But took her and the kids passport and copy of my first entry stamp in the passport. Now I dont know what to do. Any advice

I was pulled over on Friday afternoon on my way to work for over speeding violation which I strongly disagree. I really want to challenge it the court but because I have interview for Naturalization in a week, I want to accept and pay off the fines so it doesn t delay my naturalization process. I want to find out if it will have any consequences on my interview and Naturalization ? What s the best way to go about it please.
