Help please im trying to figure out how to register for the courier service in ghana for our interview coming up please help on how to get it set up

A friend went for a spousal interview and was given a paper with section 212(a)(6)(C)(1) marked as the reason for the refusal. He is eligible for a waiver. In 2011, his then girlfriend won the dv Lottery and they got married after. The CO denied the visa because she didn t believe they were genuinely married resulting in a section 212(a)(6)(C)(1). Does he need an immigration lawyer to file the 601 waiver or he can do it himself? Thank you.

Please am in Ghana trying to get appointment date but is fully booked still next years. Wish of the closest African countries can i get fast appointment date

Hi fellow spouses!!

I was wondering how long do you all think is too long to stay in AP?? before something needs to be done. We had an interview in October and a second one in November. After the first interview they took him passport and instructed him that I needed to provide the Original divorce paper, which I thought we had but it was a copy, so I sent that in and then they set up a second interview in Nov...with the two of us... me here in the states him at the Ghana Embassy. After that interview they requested more proof so my husband gathered 40 more pages and submitted them. We have not moved out of AP since...I email them every week. We are at the point where everything is going to expire...medicals..police report...we have already renewed his passport as it expired so its ready if he ever gets his visa. We are just so frustrated and things get so hard sometimes. We've been together now for over 12 years and married 7 of those....seems like pretty good proof to me!! Is there anyone else we can contact to move this into high gear....We have watched so many after us get their visa and it's so frustrating and disappointing....any help or suggestions woud be much apprectiated !! The divorce date was incorrect on the I 130 and on the submitted DS- 260. NVC requested for the divorce certificate and it was noted the divorce date was incorrect. Divorce certificate has not been uploaded to CEAC yet. What can be done to correct this error? Thank you.
