US Immigration from Ghana

Please I submitted my DS 260 forms on December 10th this year and I have not receive any reply yet

please any help or any procedure to follow please

Backstory - USCIS screwed up my husband's name on his green card. We sent it back with an I-90 to get it corrected. We just received a biometrics request, which seems silly since the last biometric was done within the past 6 months. It has a code 5, not sure what that means. The especially annoying part is that it's scheduled for 3pm on Christmas Eve! We will already be traveling for the holidays by that point. I know people did walk-ins for biometrics at other stages, but they went first thing in the morning. Since he is now working, that's not an option, but he could go around 4, after work. Are late in the day walk-ins an option? Or should we request a reschedule, or change all holiday travel plans? I'm SO annoyed that their error is causing such an interference in our lives. I get that they get to determine our life during K-1 & AOS, but at this point, I want us to be able to live it! Rant over

1. My wife was at her interview scheduled today at 8am at the Ghana Embassy.

2. She was called to the first window for submission of documents.

3. Only the medical records, passport, passport pictures, birth certificate, police clearance certificate were taken from her. They gave her back all other documents.

After few minutes, she was then called to another window for her interview. She said the CO looked up something in the system and was smiling;

a. What work does your husband do?

b. When did you meet?

c. Was he ever married?

d. How many children do you have?

e. Did you apply for a US visa recently?

After the above questions, she was given the approval slip and asked to register with DHL to track when her issued visa is ready for pick up.

*In all she spent 27minutes inside the embassy

We recieved our DQ on October 9 2019. It's been 8 weeks no interview date. December 11th will make 9 weeks of waiting. How long does it take to schedule an interview? Is the embassy overbooked on interview dates? I heard it takes 6-7 weeks to get an interview date after DQ. Has anyone on here waited longer?

Hi friends I need help so long and short of it I was under administrative processing and now they sent me email that am been refused under public charge I check my it on the ceac website it shows refuse.I want to know if someone can be of help or in the same situation how can I overcome the public charge because my wife is getting government assistance but she works too now and she and making good pay around 1000$every two weeks I also submitted joints sponsored documents which my sponsor is making nice amount 72000 yearly but they only know why they refuse me because they thinking I might be of government Assistance.i really need help what to do to overcome it.Thanks
