When to file under 319(b)

Hey guys,

so I spent several hours going through all these topics and I found some valuable information. However, I would still

like to ask as I do not want to make any mistakes.

I arrived in the US in November 2019 on CR-1, my 10 year green card came in the mail in February 2020.

My husband re-enlisted couple weeks ago and we already know we will be going back to Europe - to Germany.

He wont have his hard orders until some time next year but he got an email with report date in December 2021.

1. When should I apply for naturalization under 319(b)? Is it easier from the US or Germany?

2. Will my travels affect the naturalization process in any way? I am asking because my husband is going on a 9 month long rotation in couple of months and I am planning on going to

my home country for some months + travel some outside the US. Still not sure whether I should apply for re-entry permit or not but just wondering if they would look at my travels as

am not being serious about living here.

Thanks!

Hi, i already read 2-3 threads about how to open the ceac messages on our account, i know it sounds ridiculous but whenever i click them there is this grey box and nothing else after that.

Even if i wait for a few minutes nothing will appear, kept clicking on the message to 'refresh' the message but nothing.
anyone an idea?
the subject of it states :

all required applicant documents have been received and approved

Confused about 1099 submissions

Hi everyone,

My joint sponsor is self-employed and I have submitted tax transcripts, as well as Schedule C's for him since he filed married-file-jointly. If I have submitted the tax transcripts and Schedule C's, do I still need to submit 1099's?

Also, there is so many types of 1099's, so do I have to submit all of them? Or just a certain type?

Really confused about this and would love some insight to what other people did.

Hi everyone,

currently at NVC stage and working on the AOS, wondering if anyone on here has used the GI Bill as form of income? Where did you list it and did they accept it?

Hey everyone, hope you are all well.

My husband is preparing the most recent tax returns, however. He hasn't filed 2019 yet, because the Corona Virus had every office closed and everything is a mess generally. Also, he was a part time student only in 2018, so he did not work and did not file his taxes. I am aware that he might have to just include a letter that explains that he was a part time student. Generally, does that mean he would have to submit 2017,2016 and 2015? Thanks :)
