US Immigration from Germany

I'm looking for a group for a 21 y.o. gal from Norway. She came to the US when she was 12 through the foster care system. Residing in MA, she doesn't want to lose her mother tongue.

What groups are out there for her?

I am currently doing AOS from K1 and I received a 'courtesy letter to applicant' from USCIS today. It says that a completed and signed I-693 was not signed. However, when I did my medical in Germany in January, I only received the Vaccination Worksheet from the doctor, and I did submit a copy of that with my I-485 packet. Do I have to get my medical re-done? Is this a glitch with them and my Vaccination worksheet is enough?

It says to either bring the info to the interview once it is scheduled, or if I do not have to do an interview, I will get an RFE.

I was an au pair from 2017-2018.. J1 VISA issued MAY 30 2017, my year started on JUL 10 2017 and I departed back home on AUG 09 2018. I am now filling out my DS-160 since me and my fianc got our NVC case number for my K1 visa. My visa says ''BEARER IS NOT SUBJECT TO SECTION 212 (E)''. Now I don't know what to answer for the question ''Are you a former exchange visitor (J) who has not yet fulfilled the two-year foreign residence requirement?''

Im currently filing my DS 260 ( NVC , CR1 ) and I got laid off but will be re employed by June / July.

Should I type in Unemployed and then provide my entire history since high school or should I type in present occupation and my " current employer ".

please ask if you need more information.
