Hello, currently my husband and I are waiting for his I-751 to be completed. Our interview was cancelled on March 24, 2020. We filed application March 2019, Visa due to expire December 2020. We've been anxiously waiting for some change but when I check our status it has not changed. I called USCIS to ask if and when we should request extension but was told to give it a few weeks. I know many things have changed because of covid and employees ready to be furloughed. Any advice? We do not know what to do. I get very anxious and need some sort feedback.

I want to go live with my fiance in germany for a short time until his interview and was wondering if its possible to quarantine in Ireland or Britian for 14 days and then enter Germany? OR am I considered "family" enough based on the following statement on the German police website. "persons immigrating into Germany for the purpose of joining their families and visits for urgent family reasons"

Hey everyone, I entered the US late in May 2019, married in June and am still waiting for the green card interview thanks to Covid. I have not worked in the US since then as I have not found a job yet, but I have made a small amount of money from self employment. My wife got done filing her taxes a few days ago, and I got worried reading some threads online. She hasnt filed it jointly with me and I am not sure if that is a requirement - and if it is, if I have to declare my (small) amount of self employment income during the last year despite not having a green card yet? What should we do in this situation? I dont really know much about taxes and thought it was not important as I did not have a job yet. Thanks!

My 10 year greencard expired on June 20, 2020. I applied for a new card in April but except for receiving a letter that my application was received, I haven t heard back for a biometrics appointment. Do I need to do anything? Should I do anything? What if I needed to travel? I am living in Hawai i now.
