I see a lot of folks reporting waiting close to 3 years to remove conditions on their CG. Should this happen to me will I be able to apply to naturalize based on a 5 yr rule while my i-751 is pending? I filed for a divorce waiver 525 days ago.. Just curious because I cannot find such a topic that addresses this matter.

my father would like to visit me in the US (mom already has a visa) however there are no appointments in my home country. Is it possible to get an appointment in a different country and get a visa there?

I hear that Poland allows citizens of other countries obtain visas in US embassies there.

I am a high school graduate student who completed high school in 2016 and have attended f1 visa interview 3 times in 2018, 2019 and 2021. I was denied under 214(b) of US INA laws. Now during my last interview, I was told that I couldn't qualify as a bona-fide student because I been outside school for 4 years and that I was denied for a visa and didn't join any Kenyan school.

I need some detailed advice about this reason and if I can change this situation and apply for another visa interview soon.
