I have a question regarding my 751. I tried to look for answer here but couldn't find something similar.

Me and my wife filled out via acrobat and printed our i-751 last week, I found out that I left some spaces blank (children, previous marriages which I never had).

So question Is it okay to print everything on the computer and then add all those N/A by hand?

Today I chatted with the live agent through Emma chat. I asked about a service request I submitted 17 days ago. I was told to wait 30 days. This makes sense. Then I asked what to do if I don't get a response within the 30 days to which I was told that I have to let it happen 3 times before they can escalate to Tier 2 officer... Got that?? You have to keep submitting SRs 3 times, they can ignore it and then they will think about Tier 2 officer. This is a joke...

I have a pending I-751 application which is out of the normal processing timeline by 3+ months.

My case has been pending since 7/30/2020. The last status update was on 8/18/2020 that my fingerprints were reused. Even since there has been radio silence.

I know I-751 cases take long, already got my I-551 stamp after my extension letter expired.

Has anyone got any useful response after submitting a service request based on the case being outside of normal processing time? I would love to hear what everyone's experience has been.

Is there a thread that shares details on how one can apply for a tourist visa for minors? I assume the application process will be somewhat similar but I am not sure about the interview as well as the documents needed for legal guardianship and etc. Any info would be highly appreciated.

My friend was selected for DV last year and had his interview recently. He was given 221G as he was missing info about his family. The consulate kept his and his family passports.

He now provided the missing document. What happens now? How long is the wait? Someone told him that the consulate is not obligated to even review the document he provided. He is very worried.
