Hi everyone I don t know how everyone feels in different ways about this K-1 Visa process but with me it s so hard and torturing not having my fianc here with me I know I m being personal right now but I never felt this way before in my entire life I be absolutely boring most of my days thinking about my fianc I just want to know is I m the only one feeling like this please HELP I need advice i tried everything to keep my mind occupied but it s so hard not thinking about him I submitted the I-129F in October we hope to hear from the Immigration soon and we still waiting on the NOA2 to arrive as well but I need some advices guys I m in love

Let's say our interview occurs on or after our two year anniversary, will the beneficiary be granted a 10 year GC?

Will somebody please explain to me what an AP is? What does it mean to file for an AP?

I see that there aren't many users who will attend an interview at the Senegal US consulate.

Anyway, for the few that are (or have already), how long does it usually take to get an interview date after DQ?
