US Immigration from Gambia

Of course, like all of us, I'm trying to be prepared as possible whenever we have our interview. So, I made a list of things that I have already. I often overlook things so I just needed someone who has experience in this area to advise me as to what I should add and/or if it is enough. Also, he does not have the original copies of the sponsor's and my own affidavit of support. I just uploaded it to the CEAC website

Sponsor: Makes 34,000, he is single, no dependents. (my brother),

We included at least 3 months worth of pay stubs,

tax transcripts for past three years,

birth certificate,

ID card

Petitioner: I was unemployed up until last month because I am in college, but I still dont meet the sponsor requirements, i make around 20,000 and we have one kid.

We have pictures of ourselves and our daughter together,

text messages

original birth certificate,

original marriage certificate

statement explaining why I did not file taxes for the past 3 years

updated affidavit of support

I am trying to get a copy of the health care plan that he will be on when he comes. It is from my job but havent gotten to that yet.

Please, is there anything that I am missing here? Do I need to include proof of my new employment? If so, what should that be?

Just want to make sure that I have covered all of my basis.

I do not see a list of all the non taxable income that can be used for sponsoring the immigrant. I understand each embassy reviews case by case basis. My situation is I was injured on the job so I received worker's compensation in 2018 which dropped my wages for 2019 tax period. I can get a letter from my employer to verify my salary. I have 2 children whom I receive child support for both of them so their father supports them financially partially. With my salary and my child support I make over the required 125%. Also I have equity and now am a co-owner of 3 properties that my father added me to. Just need to know what I can use for income in the above mentioned.

Hi everyone, is there is anyone that s in The Gambia country and Dakar Senegal my question is when will the Embassy opens back up, I never felt so worried like this all my fianc has to do is pay his visa fee,medical exam and interview if anyone knows anything about the Embassy office please let me know and I don t want the NOA2 to expire I just got an extended recently,Thank u

I would like to request to expedite my immigration process. Is there someone who has gone through the process and can offer assistance on what to do?
