Is it true. You only have to file this part of your petition if your spouse is already in the US?

My spouse was originally scheduled for an interview in March. Due to the backlog of cases in Dakar Senegal his interview was cancelled. He had already completed the medical exam and it is now expired. His new appointment is for the end of September. My question is does he have to go back to the original doctor who did his first medical exam or can he go to another approved physician panel.

I sometimes hear of people getting their immigrant spouse a ssn. I thought we needed to get a work permit first before we could apply for a SSN. Is this true?

I wrote on here about a week ago about how to send my divorce decree and my joint sponsor w-2 forms I sent it to the site that was giving to me here in the VJ and I just got an email saying I have to send it on the ceac but I'm alittle confuses can someone here please help me I don't want to make a mistake. Do I put ds-160 nonimmigrant visa application? Thank you for your help in advance
