My case is out of prcessing time according to uscis 0f 7.5 months but when i try to inquire they tell me it is not. Is this the norm.

When you get an email that says your case is actively in review, what does this mean and how long do they review it before a decision is made?

I just wanted to update people on my case . My case was not the normal case as we married proxy without meeting . I also sent them western Union receipts despite people saying they will think it Fraud . My case was approved . The other myth was you had to tell them about charges that you did under 18 . I didn t tell them any charges underage and it was approve . I m saying this just to say this . Don t listen to no one advice on your situation even if it different because ever case is different. I will let you know how it goes at the interview when we get there.

Hello everyone I'm here once again be frustrated. We received an email from the nvc just awhile ago and they rejected my I 864 form. They asked me to resubmit the page where I have to sign and date it and I did but now there asking me to resubmit it again with all the pages even it there blank and with the sign and dated paper again. Has anyone had this problem before?
