Hi, I am working on an affidavit of support for my friend and I would like to know if the petitioner is unemployed and is using her retired fathers income that falls below the poverty line, will that work or should she get a co signer in addition to her father? Is there a way that the petitioner can still file this affidavit without meeting the requirements? Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I filled up the DS160 online but I still haven't uploaded my visa photo on it and I have submitted my DS160 to the embassy and have my interview date.

My question is : do I need to take the picture and upload it online before my interview or does bringing it at the interview enough?

Does anyone have any experience registering their marriage at a French consulate here in the US. I read that one can get French citizenship through marriage after five years but it has to be registered with France.

Is there anyone that has experience in France sending the K1 visa packet (if hopefully approved at Interview tomorrow) to southern France, specifically Nimes area, with all the strikes currently going on, would this delay it? Is it better to send to family in Paris and go and pick it up from them?

Packet with passport, visa etc...
