I had my interview in SF yesterday and was approved I was wondering if I can call USCIS to request a date for my oath ceremony. I'm planning on traveling soon and wondered if it's possible.

I had this account for a previous relationship in 2017 (K1 Visa), it didn't work out.

I met my current gf for more than a year now and we are thinking of getting married (so a new K1 lol). Do I have to create a new account for having a new timeline?

I am sorry if the question has already been asked but I am a k1 beneficiary, about to arrive to US in couple weeks. 3 years ago I was in the USA under a F1 and I already has a SSN and card (that I still have with me btw). When I go back to the USA now with my k1 visa, what should I do regarding my social security card/ number? I am pretty sure you keep the same SSN all your life, but I just don't know what to do then.

I'm currently filling out my daughter's crba to get her American citizenship, I have everything to qualify but I'm finding myself stuck on this on part.

Do I need to present when I have been physically living in the states, starting at my own birth? What do I include as not being present, a two week vacation or more so a 1 month abroad or when I actually got a residence card for France? Ex: I would say from birth until his graduation and then the period I have been home longer than a month. Ive pretty much been living in between the states and france for the past 8 years. One year in France and home for summers or Visa renewals. I do have proof of medicap insurance, taxes, work stubs, etc as proof of actively living in the states to prove...

I dont know why this seems so confusing to me so any help is appreciated, thank you very much!

ALSO if anyone has done this for their own child at the Paris consulate, what was the average time it took from start to finish to receive citizenship/passport? ( will be applying for ssn/passport at the same time)

I need to request an extension of my I-129F petition because The earliest available appointment at the embassy for my fianc 's interview, is past the petition's expiration date.

I am trying to contact the embassy to request an extension and so far, emails to the embassy haven't worked.

I am the petitioner in the USA and my fianc is the beneficiary in France. her interview will be at the embassy in Paris. if anyone has any advice about how I can make an extension request to the embassy in Paris that would be a big help-
