Im very new to all this my wife did all this before we separated.

I need some basic help! my 2 year conditional GC expires 03/08/21 and i know i need to submit a I-751 as we are currently in the middle of a divorce.

When do i need to submit this form? is it still 90days before my expiring date? do i also have to send any other paperwork? or just the waiver ?

I just saw a youtube video that scared me.

in 2017 I was with my ex-girlfriend (American) and we did a K1 visa : everything got accepted but before doing the final interview in my country, we broke up for some reasons, it never went further.

1 year later in 2018 I met my current fianc e and we started the k1 visa in 2020 (so 3 years later from the first one)

I didn t cancel the first application, I mean I don t even know if that s possible.

am I going to be in trouble for having a first application that has never been finished?

My friend had filed her I 130 for her husband 2 times and has been denied of insufficient information because the place where she had her papers filed ruined it for her and she doesn't speak any English. Can she add her 2 step daughters to the same I 130 application that she has applied for her husband instead filling separate I 130 for each child. Their ages are 8 and 9? Your help is truly appreciated.

I just got a RFE about my birth certificate. I sent an Original long-form (in french) and the translation i did.
RFE asking for the "long-form" but i already provided the "long form" (int gral birth certificate)

Can it be only because of the translation ? (not certifed by a certifed translator)

I'm thinking to send :
An original + a certified translation

And as second proof of evidence :
- An original church record + certified translation
- A letter from an authority (the mayor of my previous city in France), certifying my : date of birth, place of birth, parents names

What do you think about that ?

Does anyone has a good checklist of what to provide with the affidavit of support I-864EZ form ? Please be as precise as possible on the papers needed (name of the form or proof).
