US Immigration from France

Hi guys, I'm super worried....

ok so my visa interview was february the 5th and we are february the 26 and I still haven't received my passport back, I have of course called the embassy but every people that I had on the phone told me that it was normal and that I just needed to be patient......

but when i checked my case status it said UPDATE the 11th of february which is 4 days after my interview now if I count 10 buisness days from this date i should have been getting my passport back on the 25th BUUUUUT .... the UPDATE SAYS NOW 24/02/2020

can somebody please tell me what is going on ?

i have called 3 time and one today with the new update, Im starting to imagine that something is wrong and the operators that i have on the phone don't have much info, tell told me no shipping number was added to the case which ment that the passport was still there.

K1 visa holder, I arrived on last november, got married on December and applied for a SSN card on Jan 3, with a I-94 expiring on Feb 11.

I got a letter the day I applied explaining the process... After almost 8 weeks of a long wait, we called them yesterday and finally we found out that they can't process my SSN card because my I-94 is now expired, although it wasn't when I applied...

So now, what I am supposed to do? Obviously I sent my I-485 to adjust my status before my visa expired, but on the NOA there is no date proving that my status was extended...

I have looked through timelines and either people are getting approved and not updating timelines or they are not getting approved.

I see many who are in AP for 12-18 months and a few actually got approved after 3 months.

Those that filed from 2017, 2018, 2019 can you let me know if you got approved for K1 or CR1 and how long your AP was? It will help people gain a perspective.

The CEAC website doesn't allow me to submit my DS-260 application at the moment of my electronic signature, nothing happens when I clic on it or the "next" arrow. Has someone ever had that kind of issue ?

I changed my browser two times already but nothing changes. Should I try from another computer ?

The NVC is asking us for our marriage certificate. Being from France and married in the USA, should I provide the certificate from France or the original paper from the US government ?
