I still haven't received my NOA letter and my case number (received by text - SRC#) is not found on uscis website case status page.

Does anyone know how long it takes before this issue gets resolved online and how long it takes to receive the letter?

In comparing with other filers (sep and aug), it seems like I should have received the letter by now. And that I should at least be able to view my case online until I receive it.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello, I am due to marry my spouse in France in a month and will be attempting to change my status and live in France for now. But ultimately we both would like to eventually make it back to the United States. I had a few questions about the I-130 direct consulate filling with exceptional circumstances under a short job notice. What are the restrictions on it exactly? What kind of job offer do I need? ( Certain salary requirements?) (Can any job offering work?) Do I have to live and or work in France for a certain amount of months or years before being eligible? Ideally we would like to move to the US as fast as we can. I already have someone in the US who earns more than enough willing to joint sponsor us in the I 864.

1. I am a US citizen.

2. We will marry in one month in France.

3. We have about 60k it total assets between us but have a joint sponsor in the US who more than qualifies to joint sponsor.

We would file in Paris. Are there any guides or pre requisites to file in Paris?

I am very new to this direct consulate filling with exceptional circumstances and was recommended to go this route as opposed to a lengthy I-130 process and lots of traveling back and forth between France. My plans were to live in France as long as I could during the waiting period for the I-130 but they told me to look into DCF-EC in my circumstances. Thanks for the help, any resources would be very much appreciated!

Hi all,

i moved to Europe after 15y in the US and long story short I only have an ESTA now so cannot go back for now (even if I am a homeowner in the US!). My son is American, it seems to be an exemption on the executive order for travel to the US. Can I travel to the US directly from the Schengen area with his birth certificate to justify the exemption or does he have to come with me as well? It s just for a short trip so I am planning on going solo.

let me know if anybody has had any experience with this pls.

thanks!

Hello friends, my friend has a parent who came into the US as a visitor back in the 90's. He is a US citizen through his current wife now. He has been married to his wife for 12 years. He has 2 children from previous marriage that are adults now and are married and have children of their own, can he file for them to come to the US even though he didn't claim them when he entered the US back then? How would he file for them and what would he need to file for them? I told her I don't think so but would appreciate your responses please. Thank you for your time.
