i am currently in the AOS process and working with an EAD that s expiring at the end of the year (December 2021).

When would you advise filling the paperworks for the ead and advance parole extension and what should I file?

The USCIS stating that there is no limit an no waiting time for unmarried children (under 21) of US children when filling for I-130 or AOS. Anyone is aware of the processing time of I-130 or I-485 for children of USC?

I'm going to send back again with a join sponsor do I have to send again the I864 of my wife or just the join sponsor?

Quick questions please

- I received a RFIE because my wife don't win enough so we find a join sponsor. I know I have to send a new I864 but which document I really need to add (W2 and Tax return?) and only the last year or I add the three last years for all the documents?

- Second question about the household, when they say someone need to win 125 more, for someone who live with his parents but he have tax as depend that count as one or that count all the family too?
