US Immigration from France

Hi there!

I have a quick question as I am confused about the advance parole.

One of my friends who were under E1/E2 visa, just get their 10 years GC. So now his wife and kids are allowed to work. Their lawyer told them when they applied for the GC, as well as EAD and Travel Permit, that their GC won't give them the right to travel. I thought that the GC allows everyone to work and travel and there was no restriction.

Could someone clarify this for us?

Because of personnal reasons, we had to apply for my daughter (i-130 for a child under 18) way after mine (IR1).

And now we would like her case to join mine at the NVC stage. What could we do ?

Do you think a request for expedite would work ?

I also saw that I could file for a K4 visa but I don't understand how it would work as this visa is link to the K3 visa and I don't need a K3 visa.

I checked the forms, and it looks like the form only allows change of address for the petitioner (me). https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do

I also couldn't find any forms to update he had a son about 3 years ago.

Do I need to update his file at all? If so, it looks like I may have to call in or find the correct form? Thank you all in advance!

i entered the US with k1 visa and got my green card recently. I would like to book plane tickets to go back to my home country but don t know which last name I should I put on my boarding pass: my maiden name or my married last name? I m thinking of putting my maiden name as shown on my passport + bringing my marriage certificate with my green card showing my married lastname to re enter the US.
Would this be a good idea?
